Heart Broken

Had a great afternoon at my mom's house yesterday, quibbling with my brothers about who got to hold Zealand next.

Then before we knew it, it was past the kids' bedtime and we had to leave.

Dane was inconsolable about leaving his sweet little cousin. He sobbed from Spanish Fork to Orem. He was heartbroken about not seeing him again until who knows when. Very sad.

This morning he was determined to hold onto his sadness, but I think we got him out of his funk. It wasn't easy, but I hope he'll remember how wonderful it's been to have him around instead of how sad we're all going to be after he goes home to Georgia.
