Is anything better than someone complementing your kids when they're not compelled by circumstance?
A sweet friend was mentioning my cute little Bryce to someone and she said 'his eyes just make you melt.' Awwwww!
He is quite the charmer. He looks you right in the eye and smiles so sincerely. Can babies be sincere? Well, I think so. They can't be insincere. Which begs the question: How can there be any sin in sincere? (from The Music Man)
Anyway, Bryce is also our little monkey boy. Kind of Tarzan in reverse. Raised by human parents, he goes around the house speaking monkey: oo-oo-ee-ee-ooooo. He screams like a monkey and he now eats bananas, with a bit of supervision. When he's outside, he tries to pick up bugs and eat them. Alas, he only tries because he has heavy supervision. Now I don't know if monkeys would eat wood chips, but Bryce definitely tries to eat those, too.
